- Custom OrdersMade-to-order items require 10–15 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your courier tracking link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.
Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are completely accurate. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an unreachable contact number, re-shipping charges will apply.
Damage During Transit
All our shipments are carefully packaged and insured. However, if your package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, do not accept it. If you accept it, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory to claim transit damage or missing items.
